Welcome, leaders!
You are here because what you do matters — profoundly, daily, and often without enough acknowledgment. The work of an assistant principal lives in the hallways and the hard conversations, in the classrooms and the communities, in the quiet moments of trust-building that shape an entire school's culture. During the conference, we pause to honor that work — and to remind you that you do not do it alone.
This is our third annual conference, and this year we gather around a truth that science itself confirms: individual elements are powerful, but when they bond, they build something far stronger. The Power of Us is not just our theme — it is our strategy. Connection is the catalyst. Collective action is the compound. And YOU are the essential element that makes it all possible.
The Summer 26 AP Conference experience is designed to fuel your growth and deepen your connections through five purposeful strands:
1. UNITE: Building A Collective Leadership Identity
2. AMPLIFY: Instructional Leadership That Moves Learning Forward
3. CULTIVATE: Wellbeing, Belonging, and Sustainable Leadership
4. ACTIVATE: Systems + Family Engagement
5. NAVIGATE: Career Pathways + Mentorship
Within each strand, you will find the tools, strategies, and inspiration to lead with greater clarity, connection, and confidence. We are proud to walk alongside you in this work.
Let's bond, build, and lead — together.
Registration will open on July 1 and closes on July 17. Please complete your registration before the deadline to secure your place.
- There is an essential session that is required depending on your level (elementary or secondary) or whether you are new (P1-P3); therefore, please be sure to pay close attention to session descriptions as you register for courses.
- If you are a new AP or AA, you are required to take Crafting Observational Feedback that Builds Capacity: Point, Prove, Explain. Veteran APs or AAs may also choose to attend this session but know that first priority is given to new APs and AAs.
- If you plan to eat lunch, you must select and register for lunch during registration. Food is ordered based on registration counts and cannot be accommodated after the deadline.
With gratitude and great anticipation,
