"Homebound Heroes"

Participants will learn the steps of the entire homebound process including:  screening referrals through the Homebound Response Team, submitting a referral to the Homebound Office, the administrative review process to approval/denial, and re-integration back into the schools.  We will also explore the strict limitations on homebound services, the different types of homebound services, and practice screening applications that may potentially qualify for these services.
