This interactive session equips school leaders with practical strategies to strengthen family and community engagement as a driver of Compass to 2030 Goal 4: Partner with Families and the Community to Support Students.  Participants will explore the FACE Guide to Family Engagement, engage in a collaborative “Escape the Barriers” problem‑solving activity, and analyze real‑world challenges around communication, trust, equity, and access. Leaders will leave with a customized, ready‑to‑implement Family Engagement Action Plan aligned to their school’s needs and 2026-27 Strategic Action Agenda.
